In this model, we help organizations train their fresh graduates/junior engineers with our unique and deep dive training programs of 12 weeks to make them ELITE talent in the either of the areas/skills (Classic AUTOSAR / Embedded C/Application Programming / System/Unit Testing).
In this model, we hire the fresh graduates/junior engineers on our payroll. They go through our rigorous and a deep dive training program of 12 weeks. Upon completion of training program, they are working on your projects as a billable resource for a mandatory period of 9 months. At the end of 9 months they all get transferred on customer's payroll.
This model is defined to achieve win-win situation for both Employer & Employee. ODC is established to support project executions after a thorough training program. We keep adding engineers to ODC in a regular interval to grow ODC. Every two years, engineers from the ODC again go for the new technical skill training to upskill themselves

This is way Engineers gets a strong career path, company gets well trained engineers regularly and important we are able to retain good talent for the projects.
